StemStage
Install
One command. It downloads the app, checks the file's sha512 against the release feed, and installs it — no sudo, no package manager.
curl -fsSL https://dl.stemstage.pro/install.sh | bash- Verifies the downloaded file's sha512 against the release feed before installing anything.
- Installs into ~/Applications — no sudo, no root.
- Adds itself to your applications menu on first launch; an older version is removed only after the new one is verified.
- Updates itself when you quit — never in the middle of a service.
- Requires Linux x86_64. No FUSE needed.
- Windows and macOS: coming later.
The ssh console vanished or is out of date?
While StemStage is running, this command restores the console command for its own build over ssh — no restart, nothing else changes.
curl -fsSL https://dl.stemstage.pro/console.sh | bashA file of your own at that path is left alone. To replace it, run the same command but end it with “bash -s -- --force” instead of “bash”.
